helpful staff easy access on-site parking
the staff was quite helpful. the location offers easy access to the center, only a ten-minute walk. parking on site was available, which helped a lot.

insufficient pressure scratched door
The room was fairly clean and warm. the location worked well.
The water pressure in the shower was insufficient. I could not wash my hair properly. The room requires updating because much of the door looked scratched up, and there was a chunk of wood missing from where the lock was located.

poor service rude owner
i waited 45 minutes for breakfast each morning it was not good to see families that arrived after me get their breakfast first i also did not like the owner's attitude he refused a refund despite the poor service

friendly staff fresh breakfast hot breakfast ideal location
The staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. I appreciated there was no shortage of toast, tea, or coffee. The hotel's proximity to the tower made it easy to get around.
The room did get quite warm, and a fan cost extra.

The bar room was nice AND big with comfortable and very tidy seating. Breakfast service included fresh, hot items with sufficient supplies. Parking cost ten pounds daily.

The hotel is located less than ten minutes walking distance from the tower. The location was IDEAL and within walking distance of the beach and promenade. It is close to the main area.

All staff members were super friendly and helpful . Staff consistently worked hard and always had time to answer questions. The lady at check-in allowed early access to the room at 12 pm.

solid stay with friendly faces
convenient location friendly staff great cooked breakfast
the location was really convenient, being close to the tower and the promenade. the bar had a great atmosphere and stayed open late. i found the staff to be genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the cooked breakfast was also good and set me up for the day.
the room lacked shelving space, a bit difficult to keep my belongings organised. i had to keep accessing my bags for things like toiletries and the kettle, slightly inconvenient. a simple shelf would fix that.

The staff were cute and always ready to help. and were always approachable with a friendly attitude. I really valued that.

The hotel included a bar area with late opening hours, a benefit i really appreciated. breakfast was fresh and included a variety of items. It provided a really good start to each day of my visit to the local area.
