The water pressure in the shower was insufficient. I could not wash my hair properly. The room requires updating because much of the door looked scratched up, and there was a chunk of wood missing from where the lock was located.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. I appreciated there was no shortage of toast, tea, or coffee. The hotel's proximity to the tower made it easy to get around.

The room did get quite warm, and a fan cost extra.

All staff members were super friendly and helpful . Staff consistently worked hard and always had time to answer questions. The lady at check-in allowed early access to the room at 12 pm.

the location was really convenient, being close to the tower and the promenade. the bar had a great atmosphere and stayed open late. i found the staff to be genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the cooked breakfast was also good and set me up for the day.

the room lacked shelving space, a bit difficult to keep my belongings organised. i had to keep accessing my bags for things like toiletries and the kettle, slightly inconvenient. a simple shelf would fix that.
